Artist's Comments

Inspired by the film GORKY PARK that was shot in helsinki 1983 because we have some russian style architecture.

Today I was browsing in DA and I noticed a funny thing. Like you may know there are own sights for communists and natzies in here wich is ofcourse a little bit pathetic. And the funny thing was that I found a lot of my pictures in all their favourite galleries. See even though I get great inspiration of these ideologies, I, in fact, despice them both.

All my love to my friend Miss E for modeling!

there's nothing conspicuously wrong with communism. it's a flawed and unworkable system of government, but so is everything else, and they all end the same way.
this mildly reminds me of the movie Chicago..
I love the look of terror on her face
but the red wall of the building bothers me for some reason.. maybe it should be solid?
I'm not sure...
but..
I do love the almost... movie like quality to this. It adds a sense os surrealism.

we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music."

This shot has a unique feeling. Unique and very cinematic. It is very good work. :+fav:

love the colours and the light in this.
the model's expression is beautiful ;)
cool pic. I love her expression and pose. The left side of the picture seems a bit busy, might just be the brightness of the snow patch at the lower left...might just be me..... I did the pic overall.
